“The Differentiation and Excellence of SOFC/SOEC Technology for Hydrogen
Production and
Direct CO2 Reduction and DX Material Technology”
Recently, the Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology has been focusing on the research and development of indigenous Korean technology for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) and Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell (SOEC). The institute possesses world-class technology in the development of high-temperature solid oxide electrolysis cell units without LSGM-based electrolytes and Ni catalysts, using innovative manufacturing methods.
Through collaboration with multinational partner institutions, the institute aims to contribute to creating a smarter and more environmentally friendly future, working towards a better world made possible by ceramics.
