The significance of this project is underscored by the increasing demand for carbon
neutrality and a green hydrogen society, driven by advanced ceramic technologies such as
solid oxide electrolysis cells and novel electrochemical devices.
To spearhead these efforts, the primary goal is to expedite the development and
implementation of advanced ceramic technologies, promoting collaboration among international
research groups, industry players, and policymakers. The initiative seeks to facilitate
cross-border exchanges among researchers, fostering partnerships with global leaders in
solid-state ionics, materials digital simulation, and related disciplines, particularly in
the EU, Japan, and Korea.
